Installation, Commissioning and Training
We want our customers to see a return on their investment as quickly as possible. To ensure your chosen machine is up and running straight away, every JTES machine sale includes delivery, offload and positioning. Our Amada trained engineers oversee the installation and commissioning of your machine before training your team in its functionality and best practice use.


Warranty
For total peace of mind, we provide a comprehensive genuine parts and labour warranty on every machine we sell. First-rate technical telephone support, backed up by our network of trained engineers, allows for immediate resolution of issues or concerns.
Even after your warranty period has expired, our UK based, country-wide network of engineers can continue to support your machine with routine maintenance, servicing and ad-hoc support.
Customer support, Maintenance and Service Contracts
When you purchase an Amada machine you’re investing in a brand that’s synonymous with quality. This gives assurance around machine performance and the long-term value of your asset. With the correct service, maintenance and support your Amada machine will perform at its best long into the future.
The service and support we offer further complements this. Our team can advise on a routine maintenance schedule to be carried out in-house, supported by regular servicing – either ad-hoc or via a service contract. Rest assured we are always available to help with any issues.
Thanks to the know-how of our skilled technical engineering team, we are able to resolve the majority of customer queries quickly and efficiently over the telephone. If a site visit is required, our engineers (armed with any spare parts that could be needed) will be there to ensure your machine performs effectively.

Spare Parts and Servicing
We stock an extensive range of parts and consumables at our Cheshire warehouse, with the majority available for next day delivery. With over 150 years’ collective Amada knowledge you can be sure that we will have the required parts in stock.
We also hold an extensive range of refurbished parts other suppliers may not be able to access.
Financial Services
An often overlooked advantage of an Amada machine is the recognition finance houses give to the brand. Amada machines are held in high esteem due to their strong residual value. JTES is recognised by all the leading finance providers for the quality of our remanufactured machines supplied. Both these factors help to support acceptance of a finance application.

We Buy Machines
Purchasing an Amada machine is a long-term investment with potential for strong returns. If you are looking to replace your existing Amada machine, please contact us for a competitive sales valuation.
We purchase used machines for stock, so once a price and removal date is agreed, it is guaranteed. Quotes include machine decommissioning and removal from site on a date convenient for you. Our engineers will even sweep the floor after they’ve finished!
